Hello, I’m Charlotte Lycett Green. I’m a freelance journalist based on the Wiltshire/Oxfordshire border and I write about pretty much anything to do with the outdoors.

I’m a climber, skier, runner and cyclist. I love North Wales and the Peak in the UK, and have been lucky enough to climb in California, Utah, Colorado and Wyoming, as well as France, Spain, Italy and New Zealand. The Tetons in Wyoming have been the location of many adventures in the past few years and I can’t keep away. I’ve recently returned from climbing Ama Dablam in December, so currently thinking about what to do next.

Running and cycling keep me fit when I’m not climbing — I ran a 100km Ultra last summer (won’t be doing that again in a hurry!) and have puffed up a few famous climbs in the French Alps on my bike too.
